Why I joined EDGE Evolve

EDGE Evolve is a people orientated organisation, where each individual, whether permanent or contractor, is treated with the same respect and reverence. EDGE Evolve consultants are all seen as professionals and the company promotes an environment of development and learning. The young, dynamic team excel under pressure, but take time out to have fun as well. As consultants we are limited only by our own abilities. In consultation with the Account managers, a training schedule is agreed upon, that offers maximum benefit to the individual, ensuring they are always one step ahead in the market place.

The company benefits, normally reserved for much larger companies, such as Partner Owned Company, where each individual gets to benefit in the growth of the company. Group life, and income protection, ensure peace of mind should you ever be injured or meet with an untimely death.

Each individual is asked to contribute to the growth of the business, even if this means disagreeing with management decisions taken. We are expected as professionals, to voice our opinions.
