The POC (Partner Owned Company)

We see our staff as partners in the business and the only way to empower and reward individuals for their commitment and loyalty is to allow participation strategically and benefits financially. This mechanism allows individuals to purchase shares and become shareholders in the organisation without contributing financially, as this is funded by the organisation on its annual growth. The risk factor has been eliminated as there will be no penalties or payments if annual targets are not met. The POC has a board of directors elected democratically by the people and one is nominated to represent the POC on the EXCO. All information including Financials are made available at anytime for their perusal. We believe the best Ambassadors of an organisation is its people.
